As the director of the Center for Aging Society Research, who is the principal investigator of this landmark study on aging in Thailand, it is my immense pleasure and honor in welcoming you to our website. Here you will find a wide array of information and materials related to the study, including design and sampling information, documentation, datasets available for download, and papers and publications.
The main purpose is to collect household panel survey data to support research and inform policymakers. In order to protect the privacy of our most valuable respondents and to maintain the highest levels of data confidentiality, our study strictly follows the Research Integrity of the National Research Commission of Thailand (NRCT) and has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of the National Institute for Development Administration.
We are grateful to Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI) and the National Research Commission of Thailand for their continuous support to our study by providing the research grant from the Fundamental Fund (FF) since the baseline study in 2014. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the NIDA Council for the recognition of our study.
